DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers in choosing the right products and services
Drive sales through great customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge
Greet every customer with friendly service and genuine hospitality
Answer questions, explain services, and provide helpful recommendations
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Create or update customer profiles to record sales
Handle cash and manage financial transactions accurately
Process payments and finalize purchases
Alert management of any security or safety concerns
Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving and organizing products
What We're Looking For:
Strong listening and communication skills
Excellent customer service attitude
Ability to meet sales goals
Confident in matching products/services with customer needs
General tech product knowledge (training provided)
Basic math skills
Friendly, reliable, and motivated personality
