Position: Retail Sales Associate

We're looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented

Retail Sales Associate

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help customers find the best mobile solutions, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, professional service. Assess individual needs to recommend the most suitable mobile plans and devices. Demonstrate and explain product features, pricing, and specifications. Handle customer questions and concerns with patience and professionalism.

Sales & Performance

Promote mobile devices, plans, and accessories to meet or exceed sales targets. Consistently achieve personal and store performance goals. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize revenue. Process transactions accurately using the

RQ (IQ Metrix)

POS system.

Product Knowledge

Stay up to date on Freedom Mobile's latest offers, products, and promotions. Educate customers with accurate, easy-to-understand product information.

Store Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Support merchandising updates and assist with regular inventory counts. Monitor stock levels and help with restocking when needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Basic understanding of mobile technology and wireless services. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
