Job Opportunity: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a

driven and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help customers discover the right mobile solutions, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable mobile devices and plans. Demonstrate products and answer questions on features, specifications, and pricing. Resolve inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Sales & Performance

Actively promote devices, plans, and accessories to achieve sales goals. Consistently meet or surpass individual and store targets. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and boost revenue. Accurately process transactions using the

RQ (IQ Metrix) POS system

.

Product Expertise

Stay current with Freedom Mobile promotions, devices, and industry trends. Educate customers on product features and value to support confident decision-making.

Store Operations

Maintain clean, organized displays and store environment. Monitor inventory and assist with restocking as needed. Support merchandising updates and participate in regular inventory counts.
Qualifications

High school diploma (or equivalent). Retail sales experience is an asset, though not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Basic knowledge of mobile devices and technology. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
