Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and technical sales support. Handle transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cashiering and cash handling. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage time effectively to meet sales goals while maintaining quality service standards. Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer interactions.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English Experience in retail sales with a focus on technology sales preferred. Proficiency in product demonstrations and technical sales techniques. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and store appearance. Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone as needed. Reliable and dependable
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
