About Us:
Urban Customz is a dynamic retail print shop that specializes in custom clothing and canvas printing. Whether it's personalized t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, or wall art, we give our customers the freedom to create something unique. From walk-in customers to large custom orders, we're all about quality, creativity, and top-notch service.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist customers with selecting garments and print options
Guide customers through the customization process and provide creative suggestions
Operate and maintain printing equipment (training provided)
Ensure orders are accurately completed and delivered on time
Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, productive atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
Eye for detail and a passion for creative design
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Comfortable using digital tools or willing to learn
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
Experience in screen printing, heat press, or DTG printing is a huge bonus (but not required - we'll train you!)

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
