Reporting to a store manager, the retail associate will have an important role in extending out our core values. The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and to continue the positive relationship between our company and our customers. To complete the daily tasks of the retail store including but not limited to; customer service, order taking, cleanliness of the retail space, waste tracking, restocking of display cases, shelves and freezer bunkers.
Role & Responsibility:
Customer service - serving all customers in a warm and friendly manner, take customer orders and place in proper bins for dates of pick up, answering the phone,
Maintain stock levels of bunker freezers, fresh fish display cooler, VA counter, ice table, Oyster counter, dry good shelves and stand-up coolers/freezers.
Keeping the retail space clean - wiping glass, keeping store floor free of debris, garbage's not over flowing, empty Styrofoam clean and packed away,
Inventories as needed/requested
Pricing and restocking of new products arriving in the retail store. Properly put into Date book if necessary and priced accordingly in system.
Qualifications & Education:
High School diploma/GED
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Skills & Abilities Required
Communications skills
Ability to effectively get work done independently or in a team setting
Organizational skills
