Overview
Sales Associates at Marise plays an important role in Customer Service and Operational Excellence. They interact directly with customers to create memorable moments while ensuring a welcoming and warm environment.
Customer Service
Provide the highest level of customer service
Build and maintain a loyal customer base using the customer book
Resolve all customer issues and complaints quickly and efficiently, ensuring the customer satisfaction operations
Comply with all policies and procedures related to sales
Operational Excellence
Keep the sales floor and merchandise clean, organized and stored
Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the warehouse and on the sales floor
Assist in all areas of stock, shipping, protocol / receiving policies and all administrative formalities related to shipping / reception Preserve the stability and reputation of the store by respecting the policies and procedures of the company Ensure compliance with opening and closing standards Respect the work schedule, including time and attendanceWork Hours: The working weeks are generally 5 to 25 hours per week. Weekends are a key part of the business and Sales Associates will have to work on the weekends. Holiday blackout periods are in place during the holiday sales period, mid-November to the end of December.
