Job Description

We are a Rogers Authorized Dealer looking to hire a full-time Retail Sales Representative. If you are sales-oriented, self-motivated and have a passion for customer service, then this job is for you.

Have the passion to connect and build rapport with a variety of customers and their changing needs. Must be comfortable working in a structured, sales-driven environment. Actively listen to customers, analyze their needs, and offer customized solutions. Be talented and motivated and have the drive to succeed. Offer additional Roger's products and services Meet/Exceed established sales targets. Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues. Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end Have an entrepreneurial spirit Provide world-class customer service during every customer interaction. Receive inbound sales calls from existing and new customers. Relationship-building skills and probing abilities to successfully close a sale. Creating a need by educating customers on products and services and maximizing the sales potential.

Qualifications:

Completed high school diploma or higher. Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customers' demands. Have superior multitasking abilities. Able to achieve sales quotas. Must be computer literate: strong keyboarding and internet navigation skills and basic arithmetic skills required. Strong listening and communication skills, professional telephone manners, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Must be punctual and committed to work schedules. Ability to positively influence others. Demonstrated ability to problem solve in a time-pressured environment.
