Retail Sales Associate
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, making & answering phone calls, inputting orders & data, greeting/assisting customers with their purchase and other office duties listed below.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and customer service, and who wants to add value to a great team!
Responsibilities:
-Promote and maintain a safe work environment is priority one!
-Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
-Provide in store and on phone customer service with answering questions, and arranging service calls, deliveries & parts orders.
-Accurately enter all customer/vendor & sales/service data into POS computer system and properly file associated paperwork.
-Ensure all product is properly priced and displayed.
-Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
-Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, extended warranties and security practices.
-Accurately receive all product as it arrives.
-Maintain a clean and tidy showroom and back office area.
-Help maintain accurate, relevant, up to date website and social media platforms.

15-25Schedule:
Possible shifts: Monday - Friday & varying Saturday's (Closed Sunday)Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
