We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Lingerie Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect lingerie solutions. Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service by understanding individual needs and providing expert advice on bra and swimwear fittings.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed on product features and brand offerings to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Fittings: Conduct professional bra fittings to ensure customers find the most comfortable and well-fitted undergarments.

Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the store's visual appeal by ensuring merchandise is well-organized, displays are visually appealing, and the store is clean and inviting. Opportunity to assist with social media by capturing aesthetic product content.

5.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store objectives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

6.

Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments with precision.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or follow-ups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
