Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers.
Duties
Assist in managing daily store operations, including, restocking merchandise Provide excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct product Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for cash handling and transactions while maintaining accuracy in cash management. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards. Becoming knowledgeable and familiar with store products
Requirements
Experience in retail sales or management is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Excellent organizational skills, strong time management capabilities, and strong attention to detail Experience with merchandising techniques to optimize product displays. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
