Retail Sales Associate
Job Description
We are looking for a mature retail sales person who would like to be a key holder and is outgoing, friendly and will assist customers by answering questions, suggest product options and accessories and provide product information. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone that has experience working in retail with a strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service., know the craft industry plus some knowledge on Scottish/Irish history.
The responsibilities would be maintaining stock levels on floor, assist with store displays, maintain a level of cleanliness and tidiness, greet customers and develop solutions to customer needs, utilize the Company's POS system and work with our team members.
