Odessa Gifts & Home Decor is a tradtional gift store for all occassions, and stylish home decor. We are a non-commiossioned store with a goal of helping customers with 1 on 1 dedicated service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your organizational skills will help you maintain an efficient sales floor, while your time management skills will ensure that you meet or exceed sales goals. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, as it will give you the foundation needed to succeed in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and providing them with the best possible shopping experience. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
