Tango Boutique is a fashion boutique that specializes in women's fashion from Canadian companies. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver the latest trends to our customers in the Niagara Region.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about the fashion industry and has a track record of understanding technology and customer service.

You will have the ability to multitask and thrive in a challenging yet rewarding career in retail fashion. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing the daily operation of the store, including sales, customer service, operations and administration.

1. Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and styles: A fashion associate should have a deep understanding of the latest fashion trends and styles in order to assist customers in finding the right products and provide fashion advice.

2. Excellent customer service skills: Customer service is crucial in a retail environment, and a fashion associate should be able to provide exceptional service to customers, including greeting them, assisting with product selection, and resolving any issues or concerns.

3. Good communication skills: Effective communication is essential for a fashion associate to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as to convey information about products, promotions, and store policies.

4. Attention to detail: A fashion associate should have a keen eye for detail to ensure that products are displayed attractively, merchandise is organized, and the store maintains a visually appealing appearance.

5. Sales and persuasion skills: A fashion associate should be able to effectively promote and sell products to customers, using persuasive techniques to encourage purchases and upselling.

6. Knowledge of fabrics, materials, and garment care: A fashion associate should have a good understanding of different fabrics, materials, and garment care instructions to provide accurate information to customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Retail stores can be busy and fast-paced, especially during peak shopping seasons. A fashion associate should be able to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
