Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits

- Assist with product demos and answer any questions or concerns

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays

- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Must have 2+ years retail customer service or sales experience

- Previous experience in cash handling and cashiering preferred

- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone

- Strong retail sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members
