Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our shop. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, demonstrating product features, and assisting with sales transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage customers effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed Uphold store cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards Provide information about promotions or new products

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Ability to demonstrate products effectively through demos or explanations Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
