Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and technology sales to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Ability to upsell products by understanding customer needs and preferences. A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and technology sales is highly valued. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
