Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit card payments. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Upsell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to upsell products and engage customers in conversation about their needs. Willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends. A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment.
