## Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. ## Duties - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Demonstrate technical knowledge of products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy - Must know how to use a PALLET JACK - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds - Must have experience working in a fast paced enviornment ## Qualifications - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge - Excellent people skills - Capacity to work in a team-oriented setting - Fluency in English is required Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and embark on a rewarding career in sales while providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
