Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to help customers make informed decisions Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products and displays to attract customer attention Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout area Process transactions efficiently using cashiering skills while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or product demos Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good organizational skills Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures is advantageous Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer experiences
