Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, motivated Store Associate to join our team at Wildflower Mercantile www.wildflowermercantile.ca. This role is integral in providing our customers with a welcoming and helpful shopping experience, both in-store and through our online platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who shares our passion for unique products, flowers, and quality kids toys and enjoys connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-store and via online or phone inquiries. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive checkout experience. Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including merchandise displays and overall cleanliness. Manage inventory by restocking shelves and performing regular inventory checks. Participate in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions. Provide insights and feedback on customer needs and trends to help shape future product selections. Keep flower fridge looking fresh and presentable, help customers with flowers.

Qualifications:

Passionate about customer service with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays as needed. A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, aligning with our brand's values and visual standards.

Pay: $19.85-$21.00 per hour
