We have an immediate opening for a

Retail Sales Associate

in our Calgary location in the Mission neighborhood. This opportunity requires a results-oriented, individual, who thrives on building relationships and accepting new challenges within an entrepreneurial environment.

We are looking for someone that can work during the day and evenings and weekends from 4 PM-11 PM. Please do not apply if these hours do not work for your schedule.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Sales - checking customers in, up-selling, customer follow-up, and customer experience Inventory management Leading the team to specific sales goals and training new employees Acting as a leader at all times and building the culture of cleanliness and accountability Responsible for opening and closing duties depending on the shift schedule Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers Deals with everyone in a professional and genuine manner Has a desire to genuinely connect with people Greet all customers at the door and determine their needs and demands Consistently communicate with the President regarding any/all changes Ensure all pricing and any extra's are understood by customers and they always know what to expect next Stay up to date on all new products and improvements Ensure shift coverage in collaboration with President Return all customer phone calls within 20 minutes

Experience

Min 3 years of customer-facing sales or customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication Thrive in a unique entrepreneurial environment Previous experience in a business administration role an asset Yoga or health and wellness background is a bonus
