Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our store, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with merchandising, and help maintain the store's overall appearance. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to help clients find the perfect pieces for their wardrobe. Assist with sales floor operations, including organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and ensuring the store is visually appealing. Process buys from clients, ensuring accurate pricing, tagging, and quality control. Educate customers on the buying process and store policies. Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and offer styling suggestions to customers. Assist with store promotions, sales events, and seasonal inventory management.

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required. Passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality merchandise. Positive attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
