Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store cleanliness. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Basic math proficiency for cash handling tasks. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient workspace.
