Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain store standards. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers. Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Proficiency in cash handling and experience using POS systems is desirable. Technical sales experience is beneficial for assisting customers with technology-related products. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
