We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our awesome team in downtown Calgary. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in person, on the phone and over email, promoting and selling our products (tours and rentals), and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer\'s purchase
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service
- Basic knowledge of technology sales is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
