Job Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate at Hashbrowns Homestead Supplies, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our store. You will assist customers in finding the right products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and cross-sell when appropriate
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve completion of daily tasks
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolution promptly

- MUST be able to lift 50lbs

- Able to stand for longer periods of time

- MUST be available weekends

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with upselling techniques is preferred
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures
- Understanding of technical sales concepts would be beneficial

- Experience with animals and farming
