Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain merchandising standards to ensure the store is visually appealing Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and product knowledge Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Organizational skills to maintain inventory and store presentation standards Time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus, along with familiarity with product demos Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English
