Foggy Gorilla Vape Shop is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Retail Sales Associate

to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right vape products and accessories, deliver excellent service, and create a welcoming shopping experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products. Process sales transactions accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling. Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to help customers make informed choices. Upsell and recommend products based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store. Address customer questions or concerns in a professional and helpful manner. Support team members and contribute to overall sales goals.

Requirements

Must be of

legal age

to work in a vape retail environment. Minimum

3 years of retail sales experience

(experience in vape, smoke, or specialty retail an asset). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work weekends (weekend availability required). Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math. Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
