Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Mallard's Source for Sports, helping customers find the right gear for their needs. You'll provide excellent customer service, maintain store presentation, and assist with daily operations such as stocking, merchandising, and cashiering.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Assist customers in locating products and making decisions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features and attend training sessions when presented Operate our POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Restock shelves and maintain clean, organized merchandise clothing racks/displays Receive and tag inventory shipments as needed Monitor fitting rooms and ensure product security Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns according to company policy
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for clothing, sports, and helping people Flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays -_
