Purpose of Position

The Retail Replenishment Operator will be representing Fresh Taste while operating at the Client's retail stores. The RRO shall be responsible for managing inventory cycle counts, stock levels and replenishment of retail stores in and around Calgary, AB and proximity regions.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain training within the operation: Warehouse operations, Quality Assurance, Production prior to field work Oversee product retrieval, stocking, and distribution procedures Apply sense of urgency in responding to emails, phone calls, and progress reports Manage and evaluate merchandise assortment Maintain accurate merchandise inventories; identify and qualify out-of-stock items Ensure Price tags and Origin on items are correct Manage waste metrics, review and update team as necessary Train and manage Stock Associates on correct stocking procedures Research, analyze, and report opportunities for improvement Prioritize tasks, maintain accurate data reporting, with best use of time management Other responsibilities relevant to the position will be assigned as required Conduct one's self with absolute professionalism at all times

Academic & Trade Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field At least 2 years of relevant experience in Merchandising Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional organizational skills Preferred experience at retail or wholesale level within the produce department Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Commitment to excellent customer service and drive motivation for success within the team Vehicle required, with weekly car allowance incentive
