This is not a typical recruiting job. In fact, it doesn't start with recruiting at all.
What You'll Do:
At first, you will work in the showroom to observe our customer experience and operational standards and understand what makes our top performers successful
Once you've proven you understand our people and values, you'll transition into the office, where we'll train you on how to find and attract the kind of talent who can do what you just did, including:
Learn full-cycle recruitment tailored to our business model, including sourcing and interviewing
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent gaps and future needs
Help design candidate profiles based on your firsthand experience
What You Bring:
A bachelor's degree, preferably in a humanities field (Languages, History, Sociology, etc.)
1-3 years of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
Strong emotional intelligence and a natural ability to connect with others
Strong communication skills in both English and French
Willingness to work hard, ask questions, and embrace feedback
An interest in learning how businesses grow through people
