Job Description
Panacea Pharmacy is an independently owned community pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality healthcare and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team in Woodbridge.
Provide outstanding customer service to patients and customers in a professional, courteous manner
Assist the pharmacist with prescription preparation, packaging, and labeling
Manage and organize inventory, including receiving and restocking products
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions accurately
Perform end-of-day closing and cash register reconciliation
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Support day-to-day pharmacy operations as required
Qualifications:
Previous retail pharmacy or customer service experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential
Schedule:
Full-time position (weekdays - Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm)
