Job Description

We're looking for a dependable, hands?on team member to take ownership of our paint inventory and support our in?store customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organized, and being part of a friendly, fast?paced retail environment.

What You'll Do

Manage paint inventory -- ordering, receiving, organizing, and restocking large volumes of paint products Unload shipments and move product throughout the store and warehouse Maintain accurate stock levels and communicate needs with the team Tint paint accurately using computerized tinting systems (training provided) Assist customers in?store with product selection, colour questions, and general paint knowledge Process sales and use basic computer systems Perform local deliveries using a company vehicle Support general store upkeep, merchandising, and cleanliness

Role Requirements

Ability to lift and move heavy items (paint cans, cases, and pails) throughout the day Comfort with repetitive physical tasks and working on your feet Strong attention to detail, especially when tinting or handling inventory A friendly, approachable attitude and solid customer service skills Basic computer proficiency A valid driver's license (no personal vehicle required) Full?time availability, including Saturdays Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
