You'll be the mastermind behind our showrooms, turning them into the ultimate lifting playgrounds where customers can test our gear, get expert advice, and walk away feeling pumped (and probably with a new squat rack).

What You Bring to the Rack

Retail Leadership Experience

: 3-5 years managing a retail team, ideally in fitness equipment, sporting goods, or related industries.

Sales & Marketing Savvy

: You know how to move product and engage the community.

Customer-Focused Mindset

: You love creating top-tier shopping experiences.

Tech-Savvy

: Comfortable using retail management software, CRM tools, and reporting systems.

Travel-Ready

: You'll be bouncing between Calgary and Toronto, so pack your bags (and maybe a travel foam roller). (Applicants must be based in either Calgary or the Toronto area)

Bonus Points If...

You're a fitness junkie who loves lifting, training, or just talking shop about barbells. You have experience with visual merchandising and creating killer in-store displays. You can deadlift more than our CEO (just kidding... maybe).
