In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in product and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire and outfit the customer. You will offer information to the customer on current merchandise assortment, store promotions and events, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to bring our brand to life for our customers while building brand loyalty and delivering with productivity.
Sales Associates:
Deliver extraordinary service to our customers by proving a warm and welcoming greeting and assisting with their needs within assigned areas of the store
Seamlessly refers customers to other employees for more specialized sales and service requirements
Work on special projects as required (i.e. set up for sales, merchandising, and stockroom related work when necessary).
Other duties as assigned, including taking photos or video of items or shops for social media team
Order Fulfillment Associates:
Fulfillment of all online orders and inter-store transfers to meet customer needs
Able in creating, updating, and maintaining detailed Excel reports
Work closely with multiple teams to enhance efficiency in package forwarding orders
Provide customer service through phone and email channels in a professional manner
Other duties as assigned
Stock Support Associates:
Ensure the sales floor is maintained to luxury levels at all time through product replenishment, maintaining floor merchandising standards
Fitting rooms maintenance
Proficiently demonstrate the ability in handling inventory tasks

Requirements:
Passionate about the brand and customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated teamwork skills
Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
Ability to work Tuesday-Sunday 10-6pm
