Drive volume and increase visibility of products in accounts. Support sales teams in merchandising activities.



Territory: Ottawa and Greater Ottawa Area (Central, Kanata, Carleton Place, Barrhaven, Orleans, Rockland)

Wage: $19 per hour + .72 cents/km reimbursement

Hours: 12-14 Hours per week (2 days in Market per week), opportunity for more hours October- December.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Daytime hours)



Valid driving license and insured personal vehicle required for this role.

Responsibilities:

Execute merchandising efforts in Retail outlets for all our products, general distribution and promotions/programs. Develop effective business relationships with assigned customers Provide management with specific and current information on competitive activity, market challenges and merchandising opportunities. Execute sales driver objectives Service and improve the marketability of our products through shelf management, display position and frequency, concept selling and price point management Refresh displays and place POS Coordinate timing of merchandising activities with sales teams and communicate merchandising tactics to customer Continual development of industry, channel, and brand knowledge Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required

Minimum Qualifications:

1 year working experience Proficient MS Office skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Perform job duties in an accurate, proficient and timely manner Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills Rely on some instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends and competition Must have fully insured, reliable and appropriate transportation

Salary and Benefits Statement:

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.
