We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing/ Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Job Summary
A dynamic and detail orientated Marketing and Administration Coordinator is what we are after. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, social media strategy and retail back-end administration. The successful candidate will work closely with store ownership and the general manager as well as collaborate with team members on a daily basis.
1.
Website Administration
review website to ensure all products are entered correctly and are in-stock
enter new products onto the website
work to ensure creative is current and aligned with the MQGS brand
write content pages (blogs) and develop initiatives to drive SEO

Digital Marketing
assist with daily social media activities
create interesting and original content
participate on camera with some of the daily content
investigate new avenues of social and technology that might benefit MQGS including AI technology
3.
Retail Back-end Ops
become familiar with all aspects of our POS/Lightspeed system
enter incoming products from PO's and follow products through to website entry
assist in ensuring inventory is current and accurate
produce and analyse retail reports as required
Qualifications:
familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
an ability to understand the importance of content detail
strong computer skills
a genuine interest in the retail industry particularly in fashion and footwear
coordinate daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations
manage schedules, appointments, and communications for team members
assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including SEO and email marketing campaigns
analyze data using analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts
maintain and update the company website using WordPress and HTML as needed
support budgeting processes by tracking expenses related to advertising and market initiatives
collaborate with sales teams to align administrative efforts with business objectives
prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Experience
proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
familiarity with HTML, WordPress, and analytics tools is highly desirable
strong understanding of sales processes, market trends, and advertising strategies
experience in budgeting and financial tracking is a plus
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
a desire to be on-camera in an IG setting is
