Job Summary





Retail marketing coordinator is responsible of marketing for Little Burgundy, including in-store branding, events, mall partnerships, and local activations. Acts as the central point of contact for offline marketing, ensuring consistency, innovation, and flawless execution across all physical touchpoints.



Key Responsibilities





Management of printed projects



Coordinate the execution and delivery of all print projects with vendors + Track and analyze printing mistakes and execution issues, implementing improvements to drive efficiency. Adapt creative mock-ups to specific store layouts to improve execution and reduce labor time.
Liaise with design team and visual merchandising team to ensure that LB execute flawless and creative in-store activations Create and keep track on in-store marketing activation workback Manage designer workflow and own project timelines, workbacks, and supplier databases to ensure deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met.


Drive in-store traffic and support field's team development



Conduct seasonal style guide to inspire our sales associates + Manages Little Burgundy marketing inbox to ensure all requests are answered in a timely manner
+ Manage and coordinate contest hosted for our sales associates and monitor contest participation and effectiveness, refine structures based on feedback, and share insights with leadership.
Manage designer workflow and own project timelines, workbacks, and supplier databases to ensure deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met. Negotiate estimates and contracts with our print vendors and follow up on store marketing shipments to store Create distribution list and follow up on store marketing shipments to stores + Schedule regular store visits, engage with the sales associate by maintaining constant communication and share feedback and insights to the home office team and test in-store marketing for better execution.
+ Work closely with the training team to support hiring periods with various marketing assets
+ Develop and enhance PK sessions and training activations, ensuring they are impactful, fun, and educational for store teams.
+ Work closely with store team to ensure the marketing concepts are executed well and represent the brand's standards
+ Support new store openings with hoarding design, marketing installations, and opening activations. Build and maintain strong relationships with malls to maximize promotional opportunities.



Conduct Brand Partnerships & Reporting



Coordinate marketing partnerships and COOP (In-store execution) Conduct post-activation reporting for all offline marketing initiatives, including store events, contests, and mall partnerships. Analyze results, identify trends, and present recommendations to improve future strategies. Be on the lookout for any events, collaborations, partnerships, or co-promotion that increase LB awareness and create meaningful connections with the consumers. Plan and execute seasonal events and strengthen mall marketing partnerships. Work on giving back projects as well as engagement initiatives for the stores Develop tailored marketing strategies for stores, including mall campaigns and community events. + Support marketing manager with OOH and any other projects related

Requirements





Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field is an asset This role might require some travel for store visits and events across Canada Retail experience is an asset Great copywriting and communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and able to multitask on various projects Thorough understanding of marketing, advertising, and promotional principles Bilingual - written and spoken - in English and French Strong attention to detail & an enthusiastic attitude 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with direct ownership of projects and campaigns. Proven ability to independently manage multiple initiatives from concept through execution. + Strong vendor management and negotiation experience.
+ Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, retail consumer behavior, and promotional tactics. Bilingual (French & English) written and spoken. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to innovate and drive results.
