We're looking for a Retail Marketing & Content Coordinator - a creative multitasker who's passionate about storytelling, retail, and brand experience. In this role, you'll help execute in-store marketing programs, support special retail initiatives, and craft compelling copy that connects with our customers.
The Role
As the Retail Marketing & Content Coordinator, you'll help bring the PENN. brand to life in-store. You'll create fresh, on-brand copy for retail marketing materials, coordinate campaign rollouts, and support exciting activations and projects. This role blends creativity with coordination - perfect for someone who loves both writing and organization.
What You'll Do
Content & Copywriting
Write and edit engaging, on-brand copy for in-store materials, packaging, and product knowledge tools.
Turn product and promo information into clear, inspiring customer-facing messages that reflect our brand voice.
Retail Marketing Execution
Support the planning and rollout of in-store activations, store openings, relocations, and retail campaigns.
Coordinate timelines, materials, and communications to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays on-brand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with merchandising, creative, and operations teams to align content and execution.
Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint - from signage to packaging.
Budget & Invoicing
Process invoices and track budgets for retail marketing projects.
Keep organized records of deliverables, timelines, and expenses.
Qualifications
What You Bring
1 year+ of experience in marketing coordination, content creation, or copywriting (retail or fashion experience a plus).
Bilingual with strong writing and editing skills with a clear sense of brand voice.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with budget tracking tools is an asset.
A collaborative mindset, creative energy, and a genuine love for fashion and storytelling.
