Duties

Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage budgeting activities, including payroll and inventory control. Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills in sales management and customer engagement. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms for merchandise. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Supervise staff scheduling to optimize productivity during peak hours. Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in time management, budgeting, and payroll processes. Experience in supervising teams and developing training programs. Solid understanding of retail sales strategies and customer service principles. Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
