Retail Home Health & Wellness Marketing Coordinator

!

This full-time role, reporting to the Director of Home Health & Vendor Relations, will be a pivotal member of our Retail Home Health team in providing

administrative & marketing

support, managing vendor relationships, invoicing and receivable's, providing frequent communications to our pharmacy partners, and developing key marketing content to promote and expand the Retail Home Health & Wellness/Front Shop retail business.

CORE COMPETENCIES

High attention to detail

Able to work independently and in a group setting

Self-starter with the ability to drive projects with limited direction

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Understanding of Customer Relationship Management software and tools (e.g. Monday.com)

Marketing Knowledge (MailChimp & Outlook)

Intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)

Basic web development & content management skills (WordPress)

Strong Relationship Building

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide weekly insights to Director of HHC

Prepare monthly reports & Invoices for stakeholders

Work with Director of HHC to streamline existing department and partnership processes

Draft & produce vendor special announcements, digital brochures that promote our vendors and their offerings through our branded lens

Provide project coordination support for our retail pharmacy programs (digital flyer, in-pharmacy signage program, etc.)

Coordinate multiple planning elements of the company's annual partners conference and other occasional industry events

Work with Marketing Department on misc. projects

Develop a refreshed brand guideline & enforcement with quality standards in dealing with vendor partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
