Retail Fundraiser Director The Opportunity: We seek an experienced Retail Fundraiser Director to oversee our Consumer-to-Business/Face-to-Face fundraising goals. We are not looking for a Corporate Gift Fundraising Director but for a person-to-person fundraising guru. You will represent our Not-for-Profi in a professional and ethical way at a charity-branded kiosk or a face-to-face environment. Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to teach others to actively engage members of the public, delivering the message of our organization and raising vital donations to help make a positive change. Contribute to the campaign\xe2\x80\x99s success by achieving daily fundraising goals. Secure donor information and donation via a tablet. Salary: Salary range between $51,222 and $55,444 per year. To learn more about us, visit us here https://certifiedlisteners.org/ Whom are we looking for: We are looking for a passionate, outgoing, ethically-minded World Changer leader to join our Face-to-Face Fundraisers team to engage and inspire people to support our organization. Not only will you receive the satisfaction of teaching others to raise vital funds for us, but you will also learn skills that will last a lifetime; master the art of advocacy, become an influencer, and develop your sales and marketing abilities. Location: The campaign will be based at different shopping malls in the GTA area. Hours: Up to 35 hours/week. We require a commitment for a minimum of 3 shifts a week. Ideal candidates can work a flexible schedule during mall hours, Monday-Sunday. Qualifications:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire others.
• A desire to make a difference for our organization.
• Demonstrated confidence in interacting with the public.
• Experience working in a fundraising or sales-driven environment is an asset but optional.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday - Sunday, minimum three shifts/week.
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
