Retail Experience Curator

to join our team this season! The ideal candidate is someone who loves connecting with people, sharing knowledge, and helping customers discover products that inspire wellness, creativity, and joy.

As a Retail Experience Curator, you'll be part of a small, passionate team that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere in our shop at The Village. Many of our products -- from thriving houseplants to beneficial mushrooms and local artisan goods -- require hands-on education and conversation, so

curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning are key!

What You'll Do

Create meaningful connections with customers and help them discover products that suit their needs and lifestyle. Share product knowledge and educate customers on topics like plant care, wellness supplements, and our many local makers. Keep our space looking beautiful -- restocking, merchandising, and helping maintain inviting displays. Support with day-to-day operations, including POS transactions, daily cleaning of the retail space, posting to social media, and receiving and labeling incoming shipments. Work collaboratively with our team to ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a little inspiration to flourish.

What You Bring

A natural ability to engage and connect with people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- you're comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations. A love for learning and sharing knowledge about wellness, nature, and creativity. Retail or customer service experience is an asset, but enthusiasm and authenticity are even more important. Availability for weekday evenings (5-8pm), seasonal weekend and holiday shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

You will not be scheduled every evening and weekend, but flexibility will be required.
Example: Monday/Wednesday/Friday available 4-10pm, Tuesday/Thursday Not Available, Saturday/Sunday anytime (9am-10pm)
