We are currently hiring a

Hardware Sales Associate

to join our

Westsyde Location

. This is a smaller store environment, where only two staff work each shift -- meaning versatility, independence, and strong customer service skills are essential.

About the Position:

Schedule includes both weekend days with a varying weekday schedule Full-time hours with year-round stability Role requires supporting

all areas of the store

, from hardware and paint to seasonal, housewares, and lumber (training provided)
Who We're Looking For:

Strong general knowledge of hardware, tools, and home improvement products Previous retail or building supply experience preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills -- able to confidently support both DIYers and contractors Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods Dependable, safety-minded, and organized Flexible and adaptable -- ready to switch between departments as needed
