Full time position would include one day on weekend and 4 days Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services, stock shelves and put stock away. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. These job would be suited to a high school students or college/university students as they have flexibility is work hours. Job require a lot of lifting and carrying. Recent refugees etc from Ukraine or elsewhere with basic English are welcome to apply.

Requirements/Responsibities:

Care for animals and have a love of pets Process customer orders both online and in person Have willingness to learn especially around all the product we offer Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. Listen to customer inquiries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Restock shelves from store and warehouse Receive and put stock away in store and storgae area Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs at a time often multiple times
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
