Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate at Foodsmiths, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and promoting our range of natural health products. This position is essential to our mission of serving our community and enhancing the well-being of our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability. Utilize technology effectively to manage sales and customer interactions.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Experience in retail sales or a similar environment is preferred. Bilingual abilities are an asset but not required. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
