Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive prompt service. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Process transactions accurately using basic math skills. Communicate product knowledge clearly to customers, addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Stay updated on new products and technology trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions. A passion for technology sales or related products is highly desirable.
