Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide assistance. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Operate register, lottery terminal, and Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-maintained. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be reliable, honest and self motivated.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Proficient in phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A passion for sales and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs is essential.

Please note: this position is for late afternoon to evenings (2-9) from friday through Tuesday.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week
