Launched on the scene late last year to incredible response - we can't keep up. Our expansion plans are lofty and we're currently in need of part-time retail brand ambassadors - preferably with flexible availability.

Job Overview

We are rolling out our brand across Ontario and our newest location is a kiosk in Erin Mills Town Centre close to the food court, set to open Sept. 22, 2025. We are open during all mall hours - M-F, 10 am to 9 pm, Sat 9:30 am to 9 pm and Sun 11 am to 7 pm.

Our clothing and jewelry has an edge and we'd like you to have that, too. Find us on socials to get a better feel. Please note they are still a work in progress.

Those who do best with us are outgoing, diverse and sales-focused, many with tats and piercings.

As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand awareness and driving customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to promote and sell our products. Communicate key brand messages clearly and persuasively to all potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Manage sales transactions using our POS system, including daily cash outs. Track inventory, rotate stock and keep cart clean and neat at all times.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Previous experience in clothing and jewelry sales or customer service is preferred. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for promoting the brand are crucial. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
